"I inadvertently printed the wrong year's billing to pay our home owners policy this month and could not understand why I got an additional balance due. The gals in the office were very helpful (even though I was most unpleasant on the phone with them) and explained why there was additional billing. Thanks for being professional and kind."

"It has been about a year since my family became a State Farm family. That’s enough time to see how folks treat you after all the ink has dried. I’m very comfortable posting a review. I was looking for homeowners insurance for a new build in Talking Rock. My previous insurance company of almost 23 years—Amica—wouldn’t offer coverage (too rural, distance to fire hydrant, etc). I was referred to Dan’s office by my developer, and I swear to goodness those folks gave me a quote for coverage the same day. Blew me away. The quote was lower than others by a mile. My wife and I signed up immediately. We were so impressed by Kara’s efforts that we also signed up for auto insurance and life insurance policies for the family, including my mother-in-law. At this year’s checkup, we are adding umbrella insurance, coverage for our new vehicle, and additional coverage for us. In a nutshell, I am very impressed by the service levels, professionalism, follow-ups, and attention to detail from Kara, Dan and team. They are consultants more than sales reps, in my eyes. State Farm is known for their commercials and all, and that’s all well and good. But I love my local office. They are good folk, and I trust them with my family’s insurance needs. If you are in the market for insurance, for yourself or your family / business, make sure to give Dan’s office a call. You can tell them the really reallys, and they will listen and recommend a plan that provides protection without breaking the bank. After one year of actual service, I can say with confidence that “I approve this message.”"
